A short story by Jorge Luis Borges, The Library of Babel. The brief asked to interpret the story in three different versions using type, type and image, and wordless. The three versions are related to each other as a unified series.

VISUAL SYSTEMS.

Ryoji Ikeda is a Japanese electronic composer and visual artist who’s works have an international reputation across both visual and sonic media. The task was to design four posters and a short animated sequence to promote Ikeda’s audiovisual performances at ZKM, Karlsruhe.
